EXOSC9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXOSC9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,587 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAD2L1, NAA15, and ZGRF1. Each is linked with EXOSC9 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC9-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC9 versus MAD2L1 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
