EXOSC8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,750 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM26, GTF2F2, and PDS5B. Each is linked with EXOSC8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC8-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC8 versus RBM26 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
