EXOSC8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,655 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC3, CDKN3, and GINS1. Each is linked with EXOSC8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC8-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC8 versus RFC3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
