EXOSC4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,929 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLK4, HELLS, and ANP32B. Each is linked with EXOSC4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC4-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC4 versus PLK4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
