EXOSC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC4 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ memory T-cells, Mast cells, and Smooth muscle. Each is linked with EXOSC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC4-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD4+ memory T-cells grouped by EXOSC4-low versus EXOSC4-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
