EXOSC3P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,056 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC3P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are JPT1, HDGFL3, and DNPEP. Each is linked with EXOSC3P1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC3P1-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC3P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC3P1 versus JPT1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC3P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC3P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
