EXOSC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,055 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMU1, GRHPR, and C9orf78. Each is linked with EXOSC3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC3-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC3 versus SMU1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
