EXOSC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,134 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLD1, RPL12_S38, and SMC2. Each is linked with EXOSC2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC2-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC2 versus POLD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
