EXOSC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,923 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC3, ANP32B, and DSCC1. Each is linked with EXOSC2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC2-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC2 versus RFC3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
