EXOSC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBAP1, SSTR5, and EIF1AD. Each is linked with EXOSC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC2-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HBAP1 grouped by EXOSC2-low versus EXOSC2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
