EXOSC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXOSC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,977 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are REXO4, GTF3C5, and BUB1B. Each is linked with EXOSC2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC2-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC2 versus REXO4 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
