Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EXOSC10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated EXOSC10 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher EXOSC10 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EXOSC10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP, LUSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where EXOSC10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
