EXOSC10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,483 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNRC2, C1orf174, and DNAJC16. Each is linked with EXOSC10 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC10-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC10 versus PNRC2 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
