EXOSC10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,475 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCC2, USP48, and LRRC47. Each is linked with EXOSC10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC10-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC10 versus RCC2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
