EXOSC10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,599 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLK4, ORC6, and AUNIP. Each is linked with EXOSC10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC10-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC10 versus PLK4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
