EXOSC10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXOSC10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRND, SEL1L2, and ANKRD30BL. Each is linked with EXOSC10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC10-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRND grouped by EXOSC10-low versus EXOSC10-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
