EXOSC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,583 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PA2G4, MSH2, and CCNA2. Each is linked with EXOSC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC1-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC1 versus PA2G4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
