EXOSC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,901 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BCAS2, DNAJC9, and RPS12. Each is linked with EXOSC1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC1-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC1 versus BCAS2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
