EXOSC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR154, RNU6-909P, and MTCYBP20. Each is linked with EXOSC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC1-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR154 grouped by EXOSC1-low versus EXOSC1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
