EXOG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,643 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2B, PSIP1, and EPM2AIP1. Each is linked with EXOG in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOG-to-partner and partner-to-EXOG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOG versus TOP2B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOG→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
