EXOG

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,412 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOG-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNTB2, LINC01137, and TYMP. Each is linked with EXOG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOG-to-partner and partner-to-EXOG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOG versus SNTB2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.23.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOG→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
