EXOG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 254 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOG-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2V1P4, RN7SL575P, and RN7SL483P. Each is linked with EXOG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOG-to-partner and partner-to-EXOG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBE2V1P4 grouped by EXOG-low versus EXOG-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOG→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
