EXOG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXOG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOG-associated genes across cancer lineages are MGAT4D, IFNG, and PTH2. Each is linked with EXOG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOG-to-partner and partner-to-EXOG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MGAT4D grouped by EXOG-low versus EXOG-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOG→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
