EXOC8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOC8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,574 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOCP30, LINC02522, and MIR107. Each is linked with EXOC8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC8-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELOCP30 grouped by EXOC8-low versus EXOC8-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
