Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXOC8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,130 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOC8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum membrane, Regulation of translational initiation, and Nuclear pore organization. Each is linked with EXOC8 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC8-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC8 results are reported.
