Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EXOC6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated EXOC6 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher EXOC6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EXOC6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
THYM, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where EXOC6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
