EXOC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,249 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP2R2D, CBARP, and MTND6P17. Each is linked with EXOC6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC6-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP2R2D grouped by EXOC6-low versus EXOC6-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
