Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EXOC4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated EXOC4 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher EXOC4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EXOC4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
UCS, UCEC, and BLCA are the cancer types where EXOC4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
