EXOC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,203 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCC1L, NKG7, and PSMD11. Each is linked with EXOC4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC4-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RCC1L grouped by EXOC4-low versus EXOC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
