Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EXOC3L4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated EXOC3L4 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher EXOC3L4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EXOC3L4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
TGCT, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where EXOC3L4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
