Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXOC3L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,606 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EXOC3L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of base-excision repair. Each is linked with EXOC3L2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC3L2-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC3L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by EXOC3L2-low versus EXOC3L2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
