The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher EXOC3L1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EXOC3L1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCS, DLBC, and CESC are the cancer types where EXOC3L1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
