Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOC3L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EXOC3L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2E2-AS1, C1DP5, and DPPA4. Each is linked with EXOC3L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC3L1-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC3L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOC3L1 versus UBE2E2-AS1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC3L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC3L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
