EXOC3L1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOC3L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,799 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOC3L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD56B, MIR1271, and OR4X7P. Each is linked with EXOC3L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC3L1-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC3L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD56B grouped by EXOC3L1-low versus EXOC3L1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC3L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC3L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
