Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOC3L1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOC3L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, Ku80, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with EXOC3L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC3L1-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC3L1 results are reported.
