Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXOC3L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 243 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EXOC3L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC17A2, NCR2, and TIFA. Each is linked with EXOC3L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC3L1-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC3L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC17A2 grouped by EXOC3L1-low versus EXOC3L1-high in URINARY_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC3L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC3L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
