EXOC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,352 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAMTP2, MTCO2P15, and NT5C1B-RDH14. Each is linked with EXOC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC3-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAMTP2 grouped by EXOC3-low versus EXOC3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
