EXOC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXOC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DBX2, PYDC2, and GHRHR. Each is linked with EXOC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC3-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DBX2 grouped by EXOC3-low versus EXOC3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
