EXOC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,606 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WRNIP1, RIPK1, and PRDX4. Each is linked with EXOC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC2-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOC2 versus WRNIP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
