EXOC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,953 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUSP22, BPHL, and TMEM150A. Each is linked with EXOC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC2-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOC2 versus DUSP22 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
