EXOC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, ERK2, and PCNA. Each is linked with EXOC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC2-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by EXOC2-low versus EXOC2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
