EXOC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,335 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STOML2, CDCA4, and RAD51. Each is linked with EXOC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC1-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STOML2 grouped by EXOC1-low versus EXOC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
