EXOC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rictor_pT1135, Cyclin-B1, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with EXOC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC1-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rictor_pT1135 grouped by EXOC1-low versus EXOC1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
