EXOC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXOC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 175 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFB133, UBQLN3, and IGFL1. Each is linked with EXOC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC1-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFB133 grouped by EXOC1-low versus EXOC1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
