EXO5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXO5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXO5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, and INPP4B. Each is linked with EXO5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXO5-to-partner and partner-to-EXO5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Akt grouped by EXO5-low versus EXO5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXO5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXO5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
