EXO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,556 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSRP1, CDC25A, and POLR2G. Each is linked with EXO1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXO1-to-partner and partner-to-EXO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSRP1 grouped by EXO1-low versus EXO1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
