EXO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC10A2, GZMH, and SMR3A. Each is linked with EXO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXO1-to-partner and partner-to-EXO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC10A2 grouped by EXO1-low versus EXO1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
