Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EXD2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated EXD2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher EXD2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EXD2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, HNSC, and COAD are the cancer types where EXD2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
