EXD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,463 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP4R3A, GPHN, and PTPRC. Each is linked with EXD2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXD2-to-partner and partner-to-EXD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXD2 versus PPP4R3A in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
