Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,737 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EXD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERG28, RDH11, and AKNA. Each is linked with EXD2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXD2-to-partner and partner-to-EXD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXD2 versus ERG28 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
